Dear Parents and Students,
We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for our high school students—an Educational Trip to Spain and Italy in 2026! From the vibrant streets of Madrid to the artistic treasures of Florence, this journey will be filled with unforgettable cultural experiences, world-class art, and the chance to practice language skills in real-world settings.
Why Student Travel?
Travel is one of the best classrooms in the world. Students gain:
A deeper understanding of history, culture, and art.
First-hand experiences with new languages and traditions.
Independence, confidence, and a global perspective that lasts a lifetime.
We invite all students and families, Freshmen through Seniors, to join us for an informational meeting to learn more about this exciting adventure:
Date: Monday, September 15
Time: 5:00 PM
Location: Spanish Room (HS Dome #113)
This trip is foreign language and art focused, but it is open to all students interested in broadening their horizons and exploring the world.
If you are interested but cannot attend the meeting, or if you have any questions, please reach out to:
Ms. O'Connor — oconnork@johnsoncreekschools.org
Ms. Braunschweig — braunschweiglc@johnsoncreekschools.org
More details can also be found on the school website: Spain & Italy 2026 Trip Information
Come see what this journey could mean for you—and how it can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience to inspire learning beyond the classroom!
We hope to see you there,
Ms. O'Connor
