Student Scholarship Application
The Johnson Creek Education Foundation is offering four scholarships to graduating seniors who reside within the Johnson Creek school district
- 2 Four Year University Scholarships- $5,000 each
- 2 Technical School Scholarships - $1,500 each
CRITERIA:
- Recent graduate of Johnson Creek High School and a current resident of Johnson Creek School District.
- Must contain a cumulative 3.0 grade point or better
- Student Scholarship Application must be filled out entirely and turned into Guidance office no later than April 4th
Application must include:
- Applicant’s information sheet
- Official school transcript
- Autobiographical information
- Personal essay
- 1 reference and 2 letters of recommendation
- Acceptance letter for university or technical school
Completed application and reference must be returned by April 4, 2025.
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered
