The Johnson Creek High School Band took a trip to Orlando during spring break to perform at Downtown Disney and to participate in a "You're Instrumental " workshop as part of Magic Music Days. The band received a grant from the Johnson Creek Education Foundation to help pay for the cost of the workshop. They rehearsed for over two hours with a Disney clinician and then recorded part of a Disney soundtrack to experience what it is like to be a professional Disney musician.

Earobic Training Program
The Earobics Training Program purchased by JCEF for the Resource Room allows students to learn to isolate sounds and train their ears to hear the differences in sounds. This scientifically based technique will increase their attention span, improve listening skills and enhance awareness of the sounds of language. Thank you so much Johnson Creek Educational Foundation for providing this opportunity for our elementary students to improve their academic achievement and confidence!
