Wisconsin Forward Exam
The Wisconsin Forward Exam is an online state-mandated assessment in grades 3-8 and 10 that measures how well students are meeting the state's academic standards in English language arts (ELA), mathematics, science and social studies. Administered annually in the Spring, it is designed to gauge student proficiency and provide data to inform instruction, curriculum, and student progress. Students receive a score in one of four performance areas: advanced, meeting, approaching, and developing.

Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM)
The Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) assessment measures the academic progress of students with the most significant cognitive disabilities in the subject areas of English language arts and mathematics for students in grades 3-11, science for students in grades 4 and 8-11, and social studies for students in grades 4, 8, and 10.
PreACT Secure
PreACT Secure is an assessment given to grades 9-10, that is aligned to the ACT and ACT College and Career Readiness Standards. PreACT Secure measures what students have learned in the areas of English, reading, mathematics, and science.
ACT® with writing
The ACT with writing is an assessment, given to students in grade 11. This assessment consists of four multiple choice tests: English, mathematics, reading, and science; and a 40-minute essay test that measures student writing skills.

PSAT
The PSAT (Preliminary SAT) measures reading, writing and math skills to assess college and career readiness. It serves as a practice test for the SAT and, for 11th graders, is the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying test (PSAT/NMSQT).
ACCESS for EL
Access for EL is designed to measure English language proficiency. It is a large-scale assessment that is based on the WIDA Consortium's ELD Standards that form the core of Wisconsin's approach to instructing and testing English learners.
Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) Growth
MAP Growth assessment is a computer-adaptive test for reading and mathematics that measures student achievement and growth against the Common Core state standards. It adjusts question difficulty based on previous answers, allowing it to precisely measure a student's strengths and weaknesses. Scores are used to track progress over time, inform instructional decisions, and identify student needs.

The aimswebPlus screener is a comprehensive assessment for grades 4k-8 that measures foundational reading skills through a combination of quick, timed curriculum-based measures (CBMs) and comprehensive, untimed standards-based assessments (SBAs). It serves as a universal screening tool to identify students who may be at-risk and need additional support.
EasyCBM- Math
The EasyCBM math screener is a research-based assessment tool for kindergarten through eighth grade that measures foundational math skills to identify students needing support. The assessments are aligned to national and state math standards, focusing on conceptual understanding.
IXL Benchmark Universal Screener- Math and Reading
The IXL Benchmark Universal Screeners are quick assessments designed to identify students at risk of reading or math difficulties in grades kindergarten through eighth. The screener can be completed in 20-30 minutes and provides immediate data for teachers to plan instruction.
