p>Hello, Johnson Creek families! My name is Megan Campnell, and I am so happy to be here at Johnson Creek Elementary providing speech & language services for our youngest learners. I am also one of the team leads for our Little Jays playgroup for children ages 2-5 within our community.
I earned my bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I spent five years conducting pediatric language research at the Waisman Center, publishing and applying this research throughout various work settings. I became a speech-language pathologist to help individuals across the lifespan find their voices. Whether working with infants, preschoolers, teenagers, or adults, I strive to help my clients reach new heights in their communication.
My career has transported me to clinics, hospitals, schools, and clients’ homes across the state of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with children and their families to support a united mission for communicative independence through play-based therapy.
When I'm not at school, I love experimenting with new recipes, hiking through state parks, and cheering on the Badgers with family & friends.
